Return PolicyVidiociti is focused on customer satisfaction. The TV Spider kit may be returned to Vidiociti within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if unopened or in original condition. The refund will consist of the purchase price plus any taxes collected. Vidiociti reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $20 depending on the condition of the returned product packaging. A refurbishing fee will also be charged to repair any component that shows signs of misuse and/or tampering or to replace any missing components. The fee value will be based on what component(s) are damaged or missing. If you wish to return product for other than warranty reasons, you must fill out the return form. We will e-mail you a return material authorization (RMA) number which must be placed in the original shipping box. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Warranty policyTV Spider, Inc. is solely responsible for product warranty and should be contacted directly for warranty issues. Please find contact information on the TV Spider warranty card or in the user manual. Support PolicyTV Spider, Inc. product support should be directly contacted for any TV Spider installation or operation questions. Please find contact information in the TV SPIDER user manual. Shipping PolicyCurrently TV Spider is only available for sale in the US and Canada. In the near future TV Spider will also be available to Caribbean , Central and South American countries that support the NTSC cable TV standard. Future products will also support the European PAL cable TV standard. TV Spider is shipped to customers using UPS Ground delivery in the US and Canpar ground delivery in Canada. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery can take from 2 to 7 days depending on distance from our US (Hummelstown, PA) and Canadian (Belleville, ON) shipping locations. In the near future customers will also be offered next day and 2 day expedited shipping options. Upon request, Vidiociti will issue to customers tracking numbers, which can be used to track the progress of their UPS and Canpar shipment.
